Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions : A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. We accept credit card, debit card, cash, or electronic transfer.

Damage Deposit : A credit card is required on file for all orders. A temporary authorization hold of $100–$600 will be placed on your card before delivery and released within 3–5 business days after pickup, provided all items are returned in good condition.

Cancellations : All cancellations must be submitted by email to therosewoodrentals@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

• 31+ days out: Deposit can be applied toward a future booking

• 8–30 days out: 50% of deposit applied toward a future booking

• 7 days or less: No refund — 100% of order forfeited

Weather Policy : We monitor conditions closely and will reach out if we need to postpone due to unsafe weather. If we cancel on our end, you can reschedule within 12 months or receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel due to weather, our standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend event insurance for all outdoor events.

Delivery & Pickup : Standard delivery and setup is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early or late delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 miles outside of Denver. Someone 18+ must be present to receive and sign off on the order. Late pickup fees of $25–$100/hour may apply.
